Have you used these in the rain or slop yet? If I remember correctly from my skateboarding days grip tape got pretty useless when wet…? Otherwise I think I’ll have to steal this idea for my commuter, maybe even for my do-it-all Vintage Pinarello CX bike.
Oh yeah – years in Oregon rain, no problem. The only fail is offroad when the mud is particularly slimy. I made a pair with big holes, but never tested them on the death mud. Steal away!
